Subitizing Vision Therapy
by Dr. Sidney Groffman

Four Home-Based Procedures Specifically Designed to Help Address Subitizing Deficits and Significantly Improve Math Skills.

What is Subitizing?

Subitizing is the ability to immediately recognize and enumerate small numbers of objects. It is a vital visual perception skill that is a precursor to basic math skills including numeracy and visual counting.

Many school-age children that have math difficulties also exhibit significant subitizing deficits.

Total Control

Dispense the Sub iNet program in the Auto Mode and the program will automatically advance patients through successive acuity levels as goals are achieved.

The Manual Mode allows you to design your own custom protocol.

Provides Motivation

Sub iNet presents your patients with a display showing activity goals, plus level achieved from their last session.

Sub iNet virtually “pats the patient on the back” encouraging them to try harder.

Instant Review

Simply click on your Sub iNet Tools icon and see a list of all of your patients.

You may view their results, check compliance, modify their program, or send notes right from your computer.

Easy Monitoring

The Sub iNet program provides a cumulative display depicting each session’s performance. The computer denotes date, time, duration and performance of each activity…

Sub iNet denotes when your patient has performed the assigned tasks as well as if they were performed correctly.
